Prashant Lunawat began his career with ICICI Bank India as a Management trainee in 2007. He was charged with establishing a framework for ICICI bank’s International Treasury Compliance Monitoring and Testing for various locations e.g. Singapore, Bahrain, Russia, UK and Hong Kong. He visited Bahrain for onsite testing. And was responsible for ensuring upgradation of its Operations processes, controls and standards in all these countries across the globe. In 2009, he took over as Assistant Manager - Assurance and Business Advisory division in Oman with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PWC). Lunawat returned to India at the end of September 2009 to take on responsibilities with Kaloti & Lathiya in India, and was appointed as Partner in charge of Mumbai Branch.
He has successfully handled assignments in the areas of International Compliance, Policy Amendment, Audit of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), Limited Liability Company (LLC), SAOG and SAOC etc.
Lunawat is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by training and also has a Bachelors degree in Commerce with a Diploma in Advanced Software Technology.
